more details » Yoga for Kinksters After a haitus for the Flea, we are back and ready to roll... 2nd Thursday - Unity Church -$10 Bring a Mat and your fine self. These classes are for YOU - kinky, curious, tight, loose, balanced, big, small, short or tall.nYou can be male, female, both - queer, straight, gay, bi - top or bottom, - and any and all combinations of the above. As long as you have a spine and breath, you can take this class. You don't even need to be able to kneel or get on the floor - Bendy can help you modify any of the poses. Practice will be approximately 75 minutes, with time for socializing and questions. Bendy has been working with bodies and breath for almost 30 years. She teaches full time, and a great deal of her practice is in teaching yoga and meditation. For sanitation reasons, we ask that you bring your own mat. They are readily available at Barnes and Noble, Target, and similar stores. We will have a small selection of mats to share, so if you want to 'try before you buy', you can. Wear lose, comfortable clothing.
