more details » Yoga for Kinksers - in Davis Square! This edition of Yoga for Kinksters will be a flow - moving from one pose to another, building heat - and making that ass look hot hot hot! This will be an all-levels flow, so if you're new to the concept, worry not. If you're an old pro, you will be able to shine and help your friends succeed. How awesome is that?!! And no - we won't be doing a lot of push-ups. You must bring a mat for this class. I will have a couple with me, but please - PLEASE - get your own. They are readily available at just about everywhere these days. You might also want to bring a towel which has been washed with NO fabric softener to put on the mat - keeps things dry. Flowing forms are great for Kinksters. They teach connection of body and breath, build stamina and strength, and give you a great booty. Good for sexyfuntime. Cost: $10 Location: The Unity Church in Somerville has graciously opened her doors to Us. Please respect the space - no fetish clothing (collars are OK) and no sceening while on site. Our community is not known to the church, but because of their charter of inclusivity and acceptance, they are welcoming us. Address: 6 William Street, Somerville MA 02144 - entrance on William Parking: On College - there is permit parking in Somerville, and a ticket will cost you $50. T: Take the Red Line to Davis Square and exit on College. Turn right and walk .2 miles. The Church will be on your left, at the corner of William and College Doors open at 6:30 - we get rolling by 6:45 or so and will wrap up by 8pm. Bendy has been working with bodies and breath for almost 30 years. She teaches full time, and a great deal of her practice is in teaching yoga and meditation. For sanitation reasons, we ask that you bring your own mat. They are readily available at Barnes and Noble, Target, and similar stores. Wear lose, comfortable clothing.
