Do you like to be in front of the camera? Are you a novice with a camera looking for pointers? Want some help modeling? Do you want some new photos for your Fetlife profile? Looking for new people to create art with? Want to work in a space with great opportunities for unique photos? If you said yes to any of these, the New England Leather Alliance Kink Photo Day is the event you don't want to miss. A private club in Providence RI is opening it's doors for us to use as a shoot location for a day long Model/Photographer gathering. The place is fabulous for this and features a huge space with many different types of environments to set up shoots: Couches Dungeon Suspension points Bedrooms School Bar Shower Dance floor For the those that wish to Model: Regardless of skill, if you are interested in modeling, even if it is just to get a nice set of photos to put up on a profile, this will be a helpful event for you. On hand will be several people who make a living as a model, they will be available to answer your questions as well as give you pointers to help you pose and feel more relaxed doing so. If you have ever been to an event like this in past, you know that figuring out who you worked with, or who was that person over in corner shooting during your session can be very difficult. We plan to make sure every one is able to get the contact information of any person they worked with. Bring several outfits that you really enjoy, that way you can switch it up. Wear what you like ... even your birthday suit! For the those that wish to Photograph: If you are new to photography, a few professional photographers will be around to give you some advice on using your gear and to help you capture better photos. We have some great places for shoots, but some can be narrow, and with all the other photographers, focus on your portable lighting (ie Speed lights). We will have some space for larger setups but please msg Jay@RiggerJay.com about what you want to bring. Final Notes: This is a photo shoot/learning event ... so simulated play for a photograph is allowed, as is different forms of bondage, but it is not a play event, so no play allowed ... sorry.
